Sub-sellers (stores)

Sub-Sellers lists stores such as MVW. For each store you set:
  • Basic info and contact
  • Category access - which categories they may see
  • Brand exclusions and Product exclusions - items hidden from that store
  • Pricing (sidebar): per-store, per-product price overrides; landed cost is shown for comparison.

Orders

Orders > New: choose the store, search the catalogue by name or SKU, set quantity and unit, and the unit price (defaults to the product’s sale price; the estimated landed cost is shown). Statuses move through to Out for Delivery; when set to out for delivery the order appears on the warehouse Receive page. Orders created from a supplier invoice are purchases, not sales, and are excluded from margin figures.

The store portal

Stores log in to Order, My Orders and Account and see only what their access allows.

Analytics

Revenue, gross profit, realised margin, margin ranking and distribution, margin by brand, Guy vs CK landed cost for the same product, catalogue health and coverage (what the Signal bot can sell, and what sells at a loss).
